Graduate Recruiter - Krakow

Across the EMEA Graduate Recruitment team, we are committed to attracting talent to drive our success and support our growth. Our Graduate Programme provides opportunities for recent graduates to launch their careers with FDM Group, within tech or business. We are hiring in our Krakow Office, where we operate a blended working culture, working from the office three days a week, with two days spent working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing applications and CVs to assess candidate suitability for the Graduate Programme
• Conduct virtual and telephone interviews for candidates
• Collaborate with business managers to understand resourcing schedule and needs
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.
• Represent FDM at the highest possible level to candidates and external stakeholders; providing excellent candidate experience and care
• Respond to candidate queries proactively, provide coaching and support
• Work to individual and team KPIs

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
