At FDM, you start with up to 12 weeks of full-time training in our Skills Lab, then move into client project work with one of Malaysia's leading organisations. We match you to a role that fits your strengths and goals.

Your first 12 weeks 

You will get hands-on with IT service management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You will learn how incidents are triaged and how operations teams keep platforms available. 

Roles you could move into 

Production Support Analyst: troubleshoot live issues and help protect critical systems. 
Site Reliability Engineer: help keep large systems stable, fast, and available. 
IT Operations Analyst: monitor incidents, spot patterns, and help stop repeat issues. 
Application Support Analyst: investigate problems in live applications and help users keep working.

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into roles such as site reliability engineer, DevOps engineer, and cloud engineer.

About You

A bachelor's degree or higher, in any subject
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communication and good people skills
The ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to new environments
Determination and the drive to go the extra mile as a tech consultant
A commitment to completing FDM's full 2.5-year graduate programme
Eligibility to work in Malaysia

Nice to have:

Python or Linux experience
