About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to work for our client within the technology sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a fully remote role.

Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join a programme involving leading the solutioning and configuration work as part of series of replatforming and data cleanse projects for a Legal Tech client. This role will also require advisory input on the design and execution of a complex data cleanse and migration activity, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the established replatforming plan/strategy.

This is a critical role that involves close collaboration with a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Test Engineer, Project Manager, and Product Tech teams, with a strong focus on delivering a positive, client-facing experiences on multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead SME on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) for the CX365 replatforming and data cleanse programme
  • Collaborate closely with Data Leads and product SMEs to support a robust data cleanse and migration process from legacy systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) to Dynamics 365
  • Define and validate data models and customer entity structures within Dynamics
  • Provide governance and quality assurance over system configuration, workflows, integrations, and customisations
  • Lead workshops and solution design sessions with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities with expertise in troubleshooting and optimisation

About You

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules)
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 data model, Power Platform, and integration methods (including APIs and middleware)
  • Experience in data migration and cleansing projects, including deduplication, enrichment, and transformation logic
  • Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration using CRM systems
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Proven experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF), with a strong understanding of Azure-based data integration and cloud infrastructure is essential
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
