This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

FDM is seeking a Technical Analyst located in Tampa to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 24 month but may be extended.

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

Position Summary

The Integration Technical Analyst within Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations will play an important role with new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities. The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the entire onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, the team will lead critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle including add on account, product and services. Our Integration team has a passion for client services, acts as role models for all client products and services develops talent and has a proven track record of contributing to the strategic direction of the larger organization.


Specific Responsibilities


  • Support the intake of client project work/ product initiatives
  • Partner with SIFMU Integration Team Leads as needed on work assignment / Product engagement
  • Serve as a SME for the technical side of onboarding requirements and educate stakeholders on the Integration process
  • Act as a partner with various internal teams to ensure that all onboarding and lifecycle activities occur seamlessly and meet stakeholder expectations
  • Represent Integration on Cross Functional Teams within their assigned division as needed
  • Work with the SIFMU Integration Manager to identify additional controls for higher risk tasks
  • Assist with training program for all new hires
  • Lead Complex Client Project and Case Work as needed
  • Aspire to broaden SME knowledge on technical implementations for product and services
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure client-facing environment
  • Pay close attention to detail with a knack for identifying process and operational risks
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships both with internal partners and clients
