About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Delivery QA Analyst to support a large-scale application migration and decommissioning programme based in London. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of application transformations, working across business and technical teams to coordinate requirements, testing, and deployment readiness.

This is a hands-on delivery role, combining business analysis, QA/UAT coordination, and application delivery support across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. The position operates on a hybrid working model and offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and platform owners to drive high-quality delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the migration, archiving, or decommissioning of assigned applications
  • Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and application owners to gather and validate requirements
  • Produce and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Identify current and future-state processes, workflows, data, and access requirements
  • Develop UAT test scenarios and scripts aligned to business needs and expected outcomes
  • Coordinate UAT execution, including test coverage, defect logging, and feedback management
  • Manage defects and change requests, ensuring effective prioritisation and resolution

About You

  • Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, QA Analyst, UAT Coordinator, or Application Delivery Analyst
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and producing structured documentation (e.g. BRDs)
  • Strong experience coordinating UAT and managing testing processes
  • Exposure to application migration, modernisation, or decommissioning programmes
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform
  • Understanding of access control concepts (RBAC, user roles, segregation of duties)
  • Ability to work across both business and technical teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into delivery-ready outputs
  • Experience in regulated or controlled environments (desirable)
