About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Workflow Administrator to work for our client within the Public Sector (Central Government) sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Croydon, Salford or Liverpool.

Our client is establishing a new front door and demand process for management information. This customer-focused role acts as the key link between the MI teams and their customers, triaging requests through a central Front Door process, providing first-line support and ensuring customers receive timely updates and excellent service.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively review and triage MI requests and issues submitted via the Front Door to the relevant team.
  • Support customers through the submission process, gathering additional detail and providing regular progress updates.
  • Act as first-line support for the MI request process, responding to and escalating customer complaints as required.
  • Identify trends in customer requests and make recommendations to the teams on new MI products that should be considered.
  • Direct customers to existing self-serve reports and remove duplication of effort across repeat requests.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, business support or administration role.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building with the ability to understand and empathise with customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests from different customer types simultaneously and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate record keeping and data quality checks.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and workflow tooling such as Jira is desirable. SC clearance is essential (ideally already held).
