About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed department within the company. The purpose of the Consultant Experience Team is to focus on our consultants’ journeys, ensuring that we provide clarity, direction and dedicated support to all consultants whilst helping them to navigate their desired career path. The role will include elements of employee engagement, coaching, project support, data analysis and administration. The Senior CX Advisor will offer advice and guidance to FDM’s consultants, whilst also collaborating with the wider Consultant Experience Team in delivering on a transformational programme of work. They will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business to promote a positive consultant experience, as well as suggesting and advocating new initiatives and projects that would be beneficial to the company and its employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitating a seamless and positive consultant experience from beginning to end and having responsibility for consultant headcount in allocated client groups
  • Liaising with account managers and client managers of consultants to support, develop and motivate consultant performance, which may include in-person visits to different client offices
  • Implementing elements of the employee lifecycle process in line with the touchpoints identified throughout the consultant journey to ensure ongoing support and engagement
  • Conduct monthly career conversations with consultants to discuss career progression, understand skills capability and provide guidance in the identification of training and development needs
  • Interacting with the trainees and consultants on a regular basis, including delivery of onboarding sessions, ad hoc training and participation in collaborative events
  • Contributing to assessment centres and interviewing candidates for the graduate programme
  • Responsibility for consultant salary benchmarking and remuneration packages
  • Supporting CX Partners with reports and data analysis
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contributing to the Consultant Experience strategy by supporting and coordinating ongoing projects and initiatives where required. Current high priority projects include: design and implementation of an inclusive career development framework, building a skills taxonomy and creation of a coaching ecosystem

Desirable but not essential criteria:

  • Part/fully CIPD qualified
  • Experience in coaching
  • Experience in project delivery
  • Experience in supporting a remote employee base or in IT Services
