About The Role

The Poland Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the European Region at FDM Group. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their sales goals and targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that will drive revenue growth in Europe
  • Monitor sales performance and results, providing regular reports and analysis to upper management
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through a variety of sources, including networking events, industry conferences, and partnerships with key industry players
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales success
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners across Europe
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics

About You

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience working in European markets is preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business development and customer meetings

Desirable but not essential:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
