FDM group is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator with a proven track record of working with an external payroll provider in Australia. As a Payroll Administrator your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely administration of our ANZ payroll through external payroll partner.
This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills to effectively manage the relationship with our external payroll provider.
If you have a minimum of 1 year experience working in Australia & New Zealand (or a mix of in-house & outsource payroll), we would love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the payroll inbox and attend to employee queries in a timely manner
- Assist Australia Payroll Administrator in running fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately 400-500 employees across ANZ
- Maintain payroll record and data
- New employee set-up, making sure employee’s pay rates, banking, super, tax file number are accurate and is ready for integration within required timeframes.
- Providing support to payroll project as required
- Providing a high level of customer service to employees, internal staff, and external relations
- Action and process terminations that are required in the off cycle pay run
- Support Australia Payroll Officer with preparation of payroll checks and reports
- Assist Australia Payroll Officer with year-end tasks
