About The Role

The FDM Graduate Program is designed for individuals who have completed their studies and are seeking an opportunity to acquire new skills, secure an attractive position, work for their dream company, or increase their earnings. We welcome applicants from all fields and universities, and no previous experience is required. Graduates begin earning during the training stage, just like other regular employees. Throughout the recruitment process, we assess attitude and aptitude for the future role, rather than subject knowledge.

Once accepted into the program, graduates can expect intensive training to acquire new qualifications. Classes are taught not only by recognized experts in their fields and certified instructors but also by experienced practitioners. Upon completing the training, candidates are presented with an opportunity to gain 18 months of practical work experience with one of our partner companies. Throughout both the training and work phases, program members receive continuous support and mentoring.

Upon successfully passing the course, you will be working for a German client providing IT outsourcing services to an international financial services group. Your responsibilities will include developing, controlling, and securing the Mainframe infrastructure. As a program member, you will have the opportunity to join the team immediately and contribute to real projects. The work is fully remote, and communication will primarily be in English and German.
