FDM is a business and technology consultancy that serve a variety of industries across five core Practices. Each of our Practices provide our consultants with a career path in their most suited field, so we can help you develop and build your skills and experience across multiple capabilities.

You’ll join FDM as a Consultant where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4-6 weeks. You will then be able to start providing services to our clients relating to your field and Practice. There are opportunities to explore diverse roles and assignments for a range of global companies as you enter the workforce. You'll have the chance to develop your career, whether linear or non-linear, as our Skills Lab offers numerous upskilling opportunities to enhance your abilities or explore new areas.

What we look for

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· A strong aptitude for technology and the interest and drive to expand your technical skill set

· Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of two years as a Consultant following the initial training period

· Eligible to work in Canada

Please note all client assignments require hybrid working in client offices in, but not limited to, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Vancouver and Calgary.
