About The Role

This role involves conducting complex analysis and integrated reporting for a program or portfolio by partnering with business and project management stakeholders across multiple projects or lines of business.

The candidate will monitor project schedules, task completion, and deliver executive stakeholder presentations while ensuring comprehensive financial reporting. Additionally, they will analyze portfolio data to identify trends that drive improvements in future practices and processes. The role involves managing integrated project schedules by tracking milestones, dependencies, and coordinating information across various projects. The candidate will also support risk, issue, action, and decision management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience.

Skills Required:
 
Complex Financial & Data Analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct complex financial reporting, create dashboards, and identify trends for process improvements.
  • Ability to analyze portfolio data and present insights for program or portfolio optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and risks.
  • Competence in preparing and presenting executive-level reports and steering committee presentations.
Resource & Financial Planning
  • Expertise in forecasting resources, managing financial health, and performing deep-dive analysis to develop financial reports and staffing models.
  • Knowledge of program or portfolio financial management and reporting systems.
Leadership & Team Coordination
  • Leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing project coordinators or analysts.
  • Ability to guide teams, ensuring quality adherence to project methodologies, while fostering continuous learning and development.
