Join our Risk, Regulation and Compliance Team and play a critical role in providing 1st and 2nd line defense for businesses in the fast-evolving landscape of financial crime. 

From AML/AFC analysis to large scale transformative projects, explore diverse roles across the financial sector and beyond. Our immersive AML model Bank offers a unique hands-on, customer-simulated experience, preparing you for the dynamic world of financial crime.  

Explore diverse and exciting roles on client assignments. Develop the skills and tools to identify, assess, and navigate risk in all its forms. Learn the fundamentals of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, AML/KYC CLM operations, fund accounting, risk management and more. 

About this role

We welcome candidates from all degree backgrounds, no STEM experience required. Show us your passion for financial crime, risk or analysis and we’ll show you the skills for success on your career journey.

You’ll join FDM as a Consultant within our Risk, Regulation & Compliance Practice, where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. Your assignments could allow you to operate as a KYC/AML, Risk, Operations or Governance Analyst and more, with constant access to upskilling based on client requirements.

About You

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  
  • A natural aptitude for technology and a desire to work in tech
  • Able to commit to at least two years of employment with FDM as a Consultant following the initial training period
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Please note all client assignments will require physical presence in an office. Office locations for assignments include but are not limited to New York, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Chicago or Boston.

Additional Considerations
