About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Third Party Due Diligence Specialist (TPDD) to work for our client within the hospitality sector. This is initially an 11 month contract and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Chertsey.

As a TPDD Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the roll-out of a multi-year, risk-based implementation plan. Your responsibilities will include conducting integrity due diligence checks for group-level third-party engagements, providing training, and raising awareness on policy requirements, processes, tools, and areas of business integrity risks. You will establish oversight and monitoring mechanisms to track and collate evidence and feedback related to TPDD implementation at various levels, including country, regional, and Group.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the roll-out of a multi-year, risk-based implementation plan
  • Conduct integrity due diligence checks for certain group-level third-party engagements
  • Provide training and awareness on policy requirements, processes, tools, and areas of business integrity risks
  • Establish mechanisms to track and collate evidence and feedback related to TPDD implementation at different organisational levels
  • Support countries and functions within the Group with uploads of third parties on the TPDD tool, and track TPDD completion
  • Periodically test the system to ensure workflows and templates are working as intended
  • Develop and maintain TPDD-related procedures and working protocols
  • System Management: Customize, manage, optimize, and provide administrative oversight for the TPDD system, including raising and tracking support tickets, user management, and product development follow-up
  • Drive proper tool and process adoption across the Group to allow for accurate reporting
  • Prepare periodic reports alongside the Manager TPDD
  • Execute across other Ethics & Integrity (E&I) projects, priorities, and initiatives, including supporting the Data Privacy Director with vendor assessments, due diligence, and monitoring
  • Support enhanced TPDD and assist in assessing, handling, and navigating higher risk due diligence findings and recommendations, including outsourced support

About You

Requirements

  • Experience implementing and/or developing risk management/due diligence processes
  • Knowledge of relevant due diligence frameworks (KYC, KYS, KYB) and technologies
  • Experience working with technology teams to communicate requirements and collaborate on systems deployment/improvements. Experience with OneTrust technology is a bonus
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a decentralised business structure is advantageous
  • Strong client-facing approach and relationship management
  • Process oriented with great documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication and presentation skills including report writing
  • Project management skills and the ability to own and drive deliverables
  • Exemplary and unquestionable personal integrity
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
