About The Role

FDM is seeking a Junior Command Center Tech Support Analyst to work for our client within the financial sector in Greenwich, CT. This role is initially for 12 months with potential to extend and will require in office attendance. 

About You

Requirements:
  • Less than 2 years of commercial experience required
  • 1st and 2nd line application support, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Generating and presenting SLA and performance reports
  • Support application changes, releases, patches, and issue resolution with minimal business disruption
  • Raising and documenting UAT and production change requests
  • Administering role-based access control (RBAC) and supporting disaster recovery procedures to ensure system security, compliance, and resilience
