The Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will work alongside the Alumni Network Engagement Manager to support the development of a sustainable alumni programme. Working alongside Sales and other internal stakeholders, the Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will make contact with those people who have been through the FDM Programme to create a network of influential stakeholders. A positive alumni network is not only valuable for our brand but has a huge role to play in driving sales and developing future talent pipelines in terms of internal roles and more experienced consultant resource.
We are looking to establish the FDM alumni brand with a variety of different stakeholders. For current consultants a level of awareness is needed before they become leavers; for those who have left and have maintained a relationship with the business the network will pull activity into a centralised programme and for those who have yet to engage the network will create opportunities to do so. The Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will work closely with internal FDM departments (Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Skills Lab and People Team) to ensure that the network is recognized as an important part of the consultants FDM journey. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the partnership between alumni, FDM and our clients.
This is a perfect role for someone who is interested in developing commercial skills and an understanding of business development, employer branding and organising events.

- Provide the Sales team with relevant updated information on alumni and client activity to inform sales thinking and actions.
- Oversee activity of FDM alumni network group on Linked In and engage with other social media platforms.
- Work with the internal Marketing team to create targeted alumni campaigns and track activity in order to measure impact and realise the commercial value of the network.
- Create alumni success stories in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Start to loop back alumni stories to university partners and support long-term career benefits of the Graduate Programme.
- Write blogs and newsletters to promote the network.
- Use all available technology to capture alumni data and run reports.
