About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Project Manager or Change Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 9-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager or Change Business Analyst who has experience working in a financial crime environment. Candidates must have experience in delivering change at execution plans that require capacity, but they also need to have the capability to be able to operate in a global compliance program with a focus on financial crime. You will be working collaboratively as part of a team but will also have the ability to work independently and make sound judgement in decision making.

Candidates must have experience with several of the following:

  • Experience in addressing Risk Framework Workstream
  • Experience in scoping, defining, designing TOM and deliverables
  • Experience in Data AFC
  • Experience in System Implementation 
Responsibilities
  • Programme delivery working as Project Manager and/or Change Business Analyst
  • Support Programme Management delivery of artifacts, documentation
  • Develop implementation plan and support them across the end-to-end journey
  • Develop and implement the future Operating Model (Policy, Procedures, Controls, MI/Reporting, Monitoring, and Testing)
  • Provision of subject matter expertise on financial crime related threats, risks, and issues both to internal stakeholders within the Business and as required

About You

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise across the discipline of financial crime risks
  • Experience in delivering system implementation end to end
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance processes and ensuring the management of these within a regulated financial services environment
  • Competent managing stakeholders at a variety of levels recognising potential disparities in level of understanding of financial crime risk management
  • Ability to work in a culturally complex organisation to influence senior stakeholders on matters of policy and risk appetite
  • Precision and attention to detail, particularly whilst following and adhering to strict governance processes
  • Decisive and solution orientated approach
