Redress Business Analyst - Remote

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and the role will be carried out remotely.

Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a high-profile Finance Remediation project. This initiative involves developing a comprehensive remediation calculator and associated attest to support a complex remediation process.  The successful candidate must have proven experience in a financial services or remediation-focused projects. It would be highly beneficial to have specific Customer Redress experience in PPI or car finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to defining scope and segmentation strategies for the remediation workstream
• Design and support treatment pathways and end-to-end remediation processes
• Collaborate closely with the broader team and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Gather and document requirements, conduct impact assessments, and facilitate workshops as needed
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of all remediation activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or remediation-focused projects
• Specific experience in Customer Redress, such as PPI or car finance
• Strong understanding of remediation principles, customer segmentation, and treatment pathway design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
• Willingness to travel to London and Doncaster occasionally as required
