FDM is seeking Sr. Application Support Analyst in Stamford, CT to work for our client within the financial services sector. This role is initially for 12 months and will be onsite with requirements to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a growing U.S. based team within a global financial services organization. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on application support experience and possess strong technical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder communication abilities. This role is critical in ensuring operational stability, enhancing incident management processes, and proactively improving the application support landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for core business applications across multiple systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand incidents and root causes.
- Own incident management through resolution and post-issue analysis.
- Troubleshoot issues using SQL and other internal tools.
- Collaborate across global teams to resolve complex, cross-product issues.
