About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to work for our client within the technology sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based near Darlington.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a CRM capability using Microsoft Dynamics. This role is crucial to designing, developing, and maintaining a robust CRM platform to support various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the migration and integration of CRM Data into MD365
  • Work with a Product Manager to define and document Epics, Features & User Stories
  • Analyse and improve current CRM processes, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Design and implement data loading and transformation routines
  • Support change management by engaging stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party providers (including AWS and Microsoft Copilot teams)
  • Ensure full alignment with pharmaceutical industry compliance standards
  • Contribute to the development of internal CRM capability and knowledge transfer

About You

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Strong understanding of CRM Data Structures, migration tools and integration strategies
  • Experience with data governance, cleansing and migration – ideally with 3+ years of clean historical data
  • Background working within or for regulated industries useful but not required; pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Proficiency in customising Microsoft Dynamics, including workflows and plugins
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-Assisted CRM features desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some on-site presence (monthly minimum) preferred
