About The Role

This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

FDM is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer located in Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ to support a project in the finance sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months but may be extended.

 

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

About You

Focus on production stability, troubleshooting, monitoring and ongoing support of existing BMC TSO and Ansible automation.

  • This position is a shift position (4 x 10 hour days).  One weekend day (Sat/Sun) is required.
  • Primary Skills: BMC Truesight Orchestration(Atrium Orchestrator)  and Ansible
  • Required Skills: Linux OS Administration, Windows OS Administration, Knowledge of .NET and Java applications, BMC Remedy, Monitoring tools (Tivoli ITM, SiteScope)
  • Desired Skills: Dynatrace (Application Performance Monitoring), Tableau (reporting), Development languages (Java/Python)
