About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.

FDM is seeking a Senior Business Analyst located in Halifax, NS to support a project in the financial services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months but may be extended.

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

About You

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Capital Markets or Corporate Banking
Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit lifecycle, and loan servicing platforms
Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process reengineering
Lead end-to-end analysis for initiatives related to loan origination, servicing, and portfolio management
Document business processes, workflows, and data mappings across systems such as ACBS and internal platforms
ACBS experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is an asset
Experience with data mapping
Experience in testing
