We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical expertise, creative thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms particularly AWS
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Python, JavaScript or .NET
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in technically complex and high-demand environments
- Creative thinker and the ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply to the wider overall perspective
- Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
- An understanding of the financial services industry
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
