About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking Business Operations Analysts to work for our global Systems Integrator client. This is initially a 6-month contract with potential to extend. 

Our client is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team and support the leadership of their practices. As a key member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Partner to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across Practice operations. You’ll build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and help empower the team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Help align business operations with organisational goals, ensuring seamless delivery of services, tools, and processes
  • Governance & Communication: Contribute to governance frameworks and communication strategies that keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes, and implement best practices
  • Data & Planning: Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decisions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison, ensuring smooth issue resolution and alignment with business priorities

  • Resourcing and recruitment support
  • Financial and capacity planning
  • Practice support and HR process coordination 

About You

  • At least 2 years’ experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficient skills with the MS suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
