UAT Support and Coordination:

  • Coordinate UAT activities with internal business users
  • Provide organisational support during UAT planning and execution.
  • Ensure Test Analysts provide wrap-around support to UAT participants, including scenario clarification and defect raising.
Reporting and Documentation:

  •  Use the global law firm’s reporting tools and dashboards to provide regular, accurate status updates to the project team.
  • Work with the Internal Test Liaison to ensure reporting is consistent, timely, and meets internal expectations.
  • Ensure all test documentation, scenarios, results, and assets produced during the engagement are fully handed over to the global law firm’s internal testing teams
