Dynamics 365 / Power Pages Developers

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking Dynamic 365 Developers to work for our client within the public service sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with the occasional travel to Solihull.  

Our client is seeking a passionate Dynamics 365 Developer. The ideal candidate will have proven commercial experience and knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Services ideally also in Marketing & Sales, as well as MS Power Pages, Azure Logic Apps, and C#. You will also possess a solid understanding and experience with APIs and Integrations.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to enhance business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring business needs are met aligning with best practices
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s Complex Case Management team capability

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform hands-on development (CRM, Customer Services)
• Strong knowledge of C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Proven experience with MS Power Pages and Azure Logic Apps
• Strong experience in developing with APIs and Integrations
• Working with and within DevOps practices

Desirable

• Proficiency in D365 Sales and Marketing modules
