About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to work for our client within the finance  sector. This is initially a 3 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a remote role with an initial in-person training period in Manchester.

Our client is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to support their ambitious Automation and Digitisation plan. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact on how customers interact with cutting-edge banking solutions.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve complex inquiries with tailored, personalised solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to improve customer care processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative changes.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring best practices to the team. 

About You

  • Proven customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions.
  • Organised, adaptable, and proactive
Desirable:
 
  • Contact centre experience.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Act, FCA regulations, and complaints procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic banking and MS Office tools.
