The Data and Architecture office, where this role lies, brings together essential areas that drive the company’s future success—connecting business processes, data, products, services and technology. As a Senior Developer within the Data & Reporting team, you will deliver high‑quality data insights, develop data repositories, and provide data assets aligned to company-wide standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end‑to‑end data projects, including KPI creation, multi‑source data modelling, data discovery, cleaning, transformation, aggregation and validation.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and core problem statements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks or blockers within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain clear documentation including process descriptions, roadmaps and technical artefacts.
  • Drive assigned projects by facilitating discussions, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

About You

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a data‑focused role (SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, data architecture, data management or modelling).
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational database systems.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform products—particularly BigQuery and Data Studio—is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing principles and business reporting/dashboard development.
  • Python knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong business English is essential.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of complex tasks from day one.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a drive to improve processes and support projects beyond initial delivery.
