About The Role

Join our IT Operations Team and play a key role in ensuring the stability and resilience of business‑critical systems for our clients in the financial‑services sector. You will work hands‑on across application support, incident management and BAU operations within a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment. 

We are hiring for two separate IT Operations roles in Luxembourg, and we welcome applications from driven individuals with diverse backgrounds.

As an IT Operations Support Engineer, you will support and maintain important application platforms and IT environments for major financial‑industry clients based in Luxembourg.

Depending on the specific assignment, you may work in Level 1 Help Desk Support or Level 2 Functional Application Support.

About You

Minimum qualifications

  • A technical degree or practical experience in IT support, service desk, engineering or similar
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL and Linux
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to investigate issues logically
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine interest in technology and operational problem‑solving
  • Flexibility to work occasional shift or weekend patterns depending on assignment
  • experience in the financial industry and knowledge of the fund industry
