FDM is a business and technology consultancy partnering with leading financial institutions to deliver high-impact project and regulatory support. We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Fund Auditor Transition (f/m/d) to support one of our asset management clients in Luxembourg. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the transition to a new external auditor across a broad fund range, ensuring seamless coordination, robust documentation, and full transparency throughout all auditrelated processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide overall project support during the Fund Auditor Transition and oversee the full transition process for all funds according to the agreed timetable.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings while ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (providers, clients, fund boards, regulators).
  • Prepare and maintain all relevant project documentation, including updating the master list of scope and fund data.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of digital audit tools.
  • Develop project plans and create PowerPoint materials for regular project meetings and status updates.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics with focus on finance and capital markets.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management regulations and related reporting and audit requirements.
  • Proven ability to streamline processes, coordinate audits, and deliver strategic projects within the asset management and investment fund sectors.
  • Good understanding of operational processes in the asset management business combined with sound knowledge of regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Fluency in French and English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Ideally 5 years of relevant experience.

Working environment & contract

  • Fixed term contract for 2 years with option to extend
  • Salary: 70.000 – 80.000 €/year
  • Start: Mid-April or May
  • Location: Luxembourg
