About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Change Manager to work for our client within the banking sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the high chance of extending. It will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.

Our client is seeking a Business Change Manager to join their Strategic Transformation and Change team that focus all aspects of the evolution of the organisation including growth, scaling and risk management of HINV to meet its objectives.

You’ll lead and deliver change initiatives across areas such as AI, data, and frontline tooling. You’ll report to the Transformation Delivery Lead, working closely with senior stakeholders across Innovation Banking. You’ll collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones as well as functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of defined work packages while shaping project plans
  • Identify and shape new AI opportunities, supporting data and analytics initiatives and developing practical tools for frontline teams
  • Lead knowledge‑sharing and insight activities, including forums, content creation, and market research
  • Manage and coordinate communication across the business, ensuring alignment and engagement with AI and innovation initiatives
  • Assist decision making through high quality analysis and presentations
  • Support the preparation and running of global working groups and steering committees
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders across Innovation Banking teams e.g. to capture and prioritise business requirements
  • Collaborate with company Tech stakeholders to manage delivery of frontline tooling solutions
  • Own programme management activities, including maintaining delivery plans, liaising with the PMO team, updating Jira, and tracking budget performance

About You

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Change Manager
  • Strong banking background and experience in a consultancy environment Big 4, Strategy, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business change initiatives and turn complex or unclear problems into clear actions for senior leadership
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and confident communication
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
