FDM is hiring a Senior Solution Designer to support a large-scale Telecom Billing and BSS transformation with one of Singapore’s best-known communications technology businesses.
This organisation is not standing still. It is investing heavily in AI adoption, digital infrastructure, 5G Advanced, and enterprise transformation, while continuing to operate at major commercial scale. In FY2026, it reported S$14.26 billion in operating revenue and S$5.61 billion in net profit.
For the right person, this role offers the chance to shape complex, business-critical design decisions across billing, BSS, product configuration, customer operations, and end-to-end revenue flows in a highly visible environment.
This is a fixed-term position based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end solution design across telecom billing and BSS, translating business requirements into scalable, resilient solutions that support charging, billing, receivables, and collections processes
- Drive close collaboration across business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore development teams, aligning priorities, resolving ambiguity, and keeping delivery on track across multiple organisations.
- Own and communicate solution impacts clearly, including risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, ensuring stakeholders understand how design decisions affect delivery, performance, and billing accuracy.
- Lead solution discussions and impact assessments across billing and BSS platforms, ensuring changes are fully understood across integrations, batch processes, and downstream financial systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across enterprise applications, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and complex integrations, with a focus on high-volume billing and charging environments.
