About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Programm Manager to work for our client within the Healthcare sector. This is initially a 12 months contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Poznań.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support a large-scale global technology transformation programme spanning multiple international locations. As the programme enters a critical design and build phase, you will be responsible for driving programme governance, delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring effective programme controls and executive reporting across a complex, multi-workstream environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Run programme governance activities, key ceremonies, and the overall programme delivery cadence.
  • Own and maintain programme plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping activities, RACI development, and RAID management across the programme.
  • Manage programme financial governance, including budget tracking, reporting, and funding-related processes.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and materials to support senior stakeholder decision-making.

 

 

About You

  • Proven PMO experience on large, multi-site transformation programmes
  • Strong financial governance and programme reporting credentials
  • Confident operating with and presenting to senior/executive stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and RAID/RACI discipline
  • MES experience is not required (PMO capability is translatable across technologies)
  •  Minimum number of 5 years’ experience.
