Key Responsibilities

As a TA Specialist you will be responsible for working closely with our Account Management team to build a strong understanding of our client’s needs and turn this into a viable candidate search strategy.  Utilising both internal (ATS) and external search tools (job boards, LinkedIn) you will identify, attract and validate potential FDM consultants before passing to Account Managers to build into our bespoke client solutions.

Main duties:
  • Search, selection and validation of candidates for FDMs consultant work streams across sectors such as Finance, Public Sector, IT, Defence and FMCG.
  • Owning the vacancy marketing strategy – writing and publishing compelling adverts and managing the response to them.

About You

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a strong, natural communicator with a passion for driving business growth and account development.  Some key attributes would be:
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Happy working in a target driven and fast-paced environment
Desirable :
  • Exposure to enterprise clients (e.g. banking, financial services, public sector)

This role would suit an individual with experience in recruitment or talent sourcing that would like the opportunity join a large organisation and develop broader talent acquisition skills.
