Strategic Transformation Leader- Cheshire

About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Transformation & Planning Leader to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension and will be a hybrid role based in Cheshire.

We're looking for an experienced transformation professional to support a large-scale strategic change programme. This role will focus on aligning business priorities, driving planning activities and supporting the delivery of operational improvements across a complex business environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and transformation activities across business functions.
Support senior stakeholders in defining priorities and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and business change.
Monitor programme progress, risks and dependencies.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and workstreams.

About You

Significant experience leading business transformation initiatives.
Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within large, complex organisations.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery.
Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
Experience within Financial Services, Insurance or regulated environments desirable.
Minimum 10 years' experience in transformation, strategy or change leadership roles.
