About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking two Supplier Integration & Sourcing Managers to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6-12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Glasgow. 

Under the leadership of the Best Egg Procurement and Sourcing leads the role will support sourcing and supplier integration activities supporting the acquisition and integration of Best Egg into the clients US Consumer Bank. The role will partner with business, technology, legal, risk and procurement stakeholders to onboard suppliers into the clients Third Party Risk Management framework, support supplier strategy decisions, and deliver sourcing outcomes that enable the integration roadmap including savings synergies.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Undertake sourcing activities across assigned Best Egg workstreams and supplier portfolios.
  •  Manage end-to-end sourcing events, including market engagement, negotiation, contracting and commercial evaluation.
  •  Support onboarding of Best Egg suppliers into procurement and third‑party risk processes.
  •  Coordinate supplier due diligence activities, including financial, legal, operational, information security and regulatory assessments.
  •  Drive contract reviews, remediation activities and alignment to our client's standards and policies.
  •  Partner with business stakeholders to develop supplier strategies, evaluate alternatives and identify consolidation opportunities.
  •  Track and manage key sourcing deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies across the integration programme.
  •  Facilitate engagement between suppliers and internal subject matter experts to accelerate approvals and risk closure.
  •  Deliver commercial value through cost optimisation, supplier rationalisation and demand challenge activities.
  •  Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, audit trail and regulatory compliance throughout sourcing engagements using relevant tools.
  •  Produce reporting and management information for programme governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  •  Support development of the future-state supplier operating model and transition of suppliers into business-as-usual management.

About You

  • Strong sourcing, procurement or vendor management experience within a regulated financial services environment.
  •  Experience leading technology, operations or professional services sourcing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of third‑party risk management, supplier governance and contract negotiation.
  • Ideally experience of M&A integration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes within large transformation or integration programmes.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills with a focus on execution and delivery.
