The FDM Veterans Program

Since 2014 FDM’s Veterans Program has provided a next step for over 1,000 people globally, offering opportunities for former Servicemen and women from all ranks and branches of the services. No university degree required.

Delivering industry relevant coaching, our Veterans Program provides a soft landing into assignments with renowned businesses and access to a well-established professional network.

We are a business and technology consultancy that serve a variety of industries across five core Practices. Each of our Practices provide our consultants with a career path in their most suited field, so we can help you develop and build on your previous skills and experience across multiple capabilities.

You’ll join FDM as a Consultant  where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4-6 weeks. You will then be able to start providing services to our clients relating to your field and Practice. There are opportunities to explore diverse roles and assignments for a range of renowned companies in your return to the civilian workforce.

About You

What we look for

  • Previous career in the military services
  • Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills
  • A keen interest in business and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to at least two years of full-time employment with FDM following the training period
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Please note all client assignments will require physical presence in an office. Office locations for assignments include but are not limited to New York, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Chicago or Boston.
