Your first 12 weeks
You will build practical skills in SQL, IT service management, root cause analysis, APIs, cloud fundamentals, security alerts, and automation. You will have coaches and support around you while you practise.
Roles you could move into
- Production Support Analyst: detect, investigate, and resolve issues so services keep running.
- Site Reliability Engineer: support stable systems and improve reliability.
- Support Analyst: help users and teams solve technical issues.
- Infrastructure Engineer: support servers, cloud environments, operating systems, and tools.
- Risk Analyst: help teams identify and communicate risks.
