Once you have completed our recruitment process, you will become a member of the FDM Graduate Program which provides comprehensive preparation and support through a new role. This includes an intensive several-week education followed by on-the-job experience on the client's side, under the guidance of mentors and experts.
 
By joining the FDM Program, you will be following a chosen learning path among the available Practices. FDM's Skills Lab will also equip you with knowledge and skills in a broader field of practice, providing you with numerous future career opportunities and significant flexibility in the job market.
 
After completing the education program, you will have the opportunity to immediately gain experience and apply your skills in practice by joining internal FDM initiatives as well as external client projects. You will assume the role of 1st-line technical support for a Canadian business consulting company based in Gdansk.
 
Your responsibilities as an FDM Consultant will encompass overseeing critical technology infrastructure, devising solutions to technical challenges, and coordinating teams to enhance the quality of digital solutions. The program guarantees a minimum of 18 months of employment, complemented by continuous developmental support and mentoring.

About You

What we expect:
  • You demonstrate 0-2 years’ experience in an IT Support role.
  • You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree (relevant to this role).
  • You possess English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • You are ready for full-time employment for 18 months.
  • You are currently located in Poland and have permission to work here.
