About this role

Upon joining FDM, you will become a Business Analyst Consultant in our Change & Transformation Practice. Your journey begins with 6 weeks of building core capabilities. After this, you will develop key skills in a practice-based learning environment and continue learning based on client needs. 

You will receive training in business fundamentals, Excel, SQL, UNIX, project support, business analysis, and project management frameworks. Through various sprints in FDM's Skill Lab, you will learn the technical and professional skills needed for your first client assignment.

What we look for

· You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher, preferably STEM background)

· Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate programme  

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  

· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in English and Mandarin  

· Eligibility to work in China

· Determination and drive – this means going the extra mile to succeed as an IT Consultant

Able to relocate for client projects - many of our clients are based in the majority of our clients are based in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Tianjin, and Shenzhen, so where a certain client project necessitates, we look for you are required to be flexible to relocate.
