About You

We are currently seeking a high-caliber individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team to source and assess both operational roles and potential candidates for FDM’s unique Careers Program.

You will need to be independently motivated, hardworking and resilient. Having impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, you will also be organized, and target-driven.

While working in Recruitment, responsibilities may include:

  • Primarily recruit entry-level IT talent for FDM’s American operations
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and other job platforms
  • Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person meetings that will be conducted by other personnel in the local area
  • Participate in local and regional virtual networking events and University Career Fairs
  • Keep candidates warm and secure offer acceptances for FDM’s Career Program
  • Responsible for effective management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Complete required reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Passion for a career in recruitment/sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling candidates/potential clients
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self-directed and ambitious
  • Technical proficiency, including the ability to quickly master operational systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Eligible to work in the United States
