About The Role

Join our dynamic Sales Team as an Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of FDM Group. In this role, you will nurture existing client relationships with FDM’s clients in the Financial Services sector. After completing FDM's comprehensive sales training, you’ll embark on a rewarding sales journey that offers significant career advancement opportunities.

As an Account Manager, you will manage the sales cycle from start to finish, collaborating closely with technical presales, marketing, legal, and HR teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to daily stand-ups and regular group sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets and performance KPIs on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize Salesforce for efficient account management and administration.
  • Engage with collaboration and networking tools, including Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn, to enhance client interactions.
  • Gather client requirements and sourc suitable candidates from the FDM Skills Lab.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Grad Recruitment, University Partnerships, HR, Skills Lab, Technical Coaches, and Sales Management to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay informed about industry and sector trends through proactive research.
