About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an Executive Assistant to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive person to support the Chief Operating Office department from an administrative perspective. The successful candidate must be a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive diaries, calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • General office management duties
  • Manage and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Strategic support for initiatives across the overall COO space
  • Act as the liaison between senior leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and arrange travel, itineraries, and accommodation

About You

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance and prioritise multiple priorities in a fast changing environment
  • Exemplary client service with the ability to manager different stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
