About The Role

Build real software. Build a career in tech one step at a time, with conviction.

You don’t need to be a coding expert to start a career in software development. You just need curiosity, determination, and the right support behind you. That’s where we come in.

 Why Join FDM’s Graduate Program?

  •  Up to 12 weeks of hands-on training in our Skills Lab with expert coaches, learn coding, collaboration, and how real software gets made

  •  Learn practical skills such as Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript, Springboot, React, Git, SQL and CI/CD pipelines and AI integrations

  • Explore project positions such as Software Engineer, Automation Tester, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and more

  •  Work with ASX-listed clients across Finance, Insurance, Health and more including Australia’s big 4 banks.

  •  Girl power: Join a program that supports women, with coaching, mentorship, and a community that supports and empowers you every step of the way.

  •  Make an impact: Work on projects that matter from day one, whether it’s facilitating organisational change or analysing project impact.
