Junior Software Engineering Coach

FDM Australia is looking for a Software Engineering Coach.  Do you have experience using programming languages but see yourself more in a coach/trainer position? We have the perfect opportunity at FDM where we will train you to become a fully-fledged FDM Coach.

What does an FDM Coach do?

You will be responsible for Coaching the next generation tech talent!  Your role is to prepare cohorts of fresh graduates for roles in Software Engineering. You will help shape and develop the future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Technical Consultants.

How does this work?

Before you embark on your career journey with FDM as a Coach, our experienced Skills Lab will ensure that you receive 10+ weeks of dedicated upskilling so you will be ready to succeed in your role as a Coach. You will join a team of 20 dedicated Coaches where you will have the support and network to deliver first-class coaching across the APAC region.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with any of the following: Java, SQL, Unix, or Python. Commercial experience is a huge plus, but not required. We are looking for you to commit at least 2 years working with FDM to help you grow as an individual in your role but also to see your career develop with us as an employer.
