As a Coach in our Skills Lab, you’ll be a mentor, motivator, and guide. You’ll help bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving consultants the skills and confidence to thrive on client projects. You’ll also play a key part in assessing candidates, supporting Sales with client needs, and shaping the overall training experience. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and manage Skills Lab sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment
• Provide personalised feedback and coaching to consultants
• Evaluate performance through observation, interviews, and assessments
• Design and deliver practical projects aligned to learning objectives
• Support recruitment by assessing candidates’ aptitude and adaptability
• Conduct mock interviews and CV coaching
•  Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and client calls
• Mentor consultants in project pods, offering technical guidance when needed
