About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Co-Pilot Agent to work for our client within the Public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Manchester

Our client is seeking co co-pilot agent to support the integration of Copilot Studio with Power Platform across enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering intelligent agent solutions with robust governance and seamless data connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Copilot Studio-powered agent solutions within corporate environments, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Integrate and optimise Power Platform data connectors, including custom connectors, to support intelligent automation.
  • Apply governance best practices to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable deployment of AI agents.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions with strategic goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across automation initiatives, leveraging the latest capabilities of Copilot Studio.

About You

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including designing, deploying, and managing AI agents in enterprise settings.
  • Certified in Copilot Studio or relevant Microsoft AI technologies, demonstrating validated expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform data connectors, including custom connector development and integration strategies.
  • Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks for enterprise AI and automation solutions.
  • Ability to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for emerging technologies, with a focus on AI and automation
