Software Quality Specialist - Poland

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Software Quality Specialist in Krakow to join our client in the financial sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their software quality assurance career to join a dynamic and collaborative environment within a major financial institution. You will be part of a team that contributes to ensuring that software meets the required standards before reaching the end-user.

As an FDM consultant, you will support the development and delivery of reliable, high-performing software by assisting with test activities across a range of projects. Within the software development and testing lifecycle, you will work alongside developers, product owners and senior testers to help create and update test cases, report bugs, perform basic regression testing, utilise test management tools and prepare test documentation.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, willing to learn and enthusiastic about developing their software testing skills. This role is ideal for candidates with some exposure to manual software QA, through studies, internships, courses, or early professional experience, who want to grow their capabilities in a structured and supportive environment. What we expect:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in this or a similar role.
• You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
• You have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• You are available for full-time employment.
• You are currently based in Poland and have the legal right to work here.
