About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Analyst / Project Management Officer (French-speaking) to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Krakow.

Our client is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of key transformation and change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment. This role will combine business analysis and project management responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams and French-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage delivery timelines and ensure successful implementation of solutions aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology and French-speaking stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables and dependencies to support successful delivery
  • Support the delivery of change initiatives aligned to regulatory and business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements validation sessions
  • Track progress, risks and issues, providing regular status updates
  • Support testing, UAT coordination and implementation activities
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile or hybrid delivery environment

About You

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, PMO or in a hybrid BA/PMO role
  • Fluency in French and English both written and spoken
  • Experience working in financial services or a regulated environment
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and delivery coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a relevant role
