FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Analyst / Project Management Officer (French-speaking) to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Krakow.
Our client is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of key transformation and change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment. This role will combine business analysis and project management responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams and French-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage delivery timelines and ensure successful implementation of solutions aligned to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between business, technology and French-speaking stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and dependencies to support successful delivery
- Support the delivery of change initiatives aligned to regulatory and business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements validation sessions
- Track progress, risks and issues, providing regular status updates
- Support testing, UAT coordination and implementation activities
- Maintain clear and structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile or hybrid delivery environment
