About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an AI Productivity Support Associate to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London. 

Our client is seeking an AI Productivity Support Associate with a strong interest in learning and applying cutting-edge AI technologies to help corporate teams adopt and effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Llama, large language models (LLMs), and Copilot.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and familiarize yourself with our suite of AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Llama, LLMs, and Copilot.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to end-users across all departments, helping them with tasks like prompt formulation, PDF summarization, Excel data analysis, and other AI-related functionalities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices for using AI tools effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting help for users, addressing issues and questions as they arise.
  • Collect and document use cases, success stories, and feedback from employees to improve AI adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HK-based AI support team to share insights, coordinate support efforts, and contribute to developing user guides and documentation.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features of AI tools and communicate these to users proactively.

About You

  • Copilot certified candidate preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist and train users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Eager to learn new tools and adapt to different workflows.
  • Basic understanding of data handling in Excel and PDFs is a plus.
  • Previous experience in IT support, training, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Curious and eager to develop AI literacy.
  • Patient and approachable when helping others.
  • Detail-oriented in documenting workflows and use cases.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with support teams and end-users alike.
